Welcome to our Bodytribe class Schedule, which will include an ever growing number of  new possibilities in the future, including more classes morning, noon and evening, as well as weekends.

Class descriptions:

We currently offer three levels of classes, each offering instruction specific to the skills, abilities and limitations of participants. The journey begins with our Foundations class, a comprehensive introductory program geared towards those just starting (or re-starting) this adventure of strength and movement.

The next step is our All Levels class: from A-Z, for the beginner who’s been through our orientation/Foundation program to the competitive athlete. The class is composed of many levels of intensity and education, and open to all initiated members.

The third level is our Advanced class, which is geared towards more specific goal development (most of our members choose competitive strength sports like Olympic weightlifting or powerlifting) or strength development towards an advanced athletic goal (as varied as marathons, triathlons or competitive sports). Something new we’re adding for 2012 is the Movement Meditation Class, exploring and celebrating our ideas about embodiment improving strength and strength improving embodiment. These Sunday classes are unlike anything anywhere, the culmination of years of movement and philosophy into one empowering class. More details HERE.
