Do you train within your value system? We may value respect, free thought, and empowerment, but do most training programs manifest those qualities? The modern fitness journey often seems more abusive and obedient than authentic or even educational. My goal is to change that.

Our relationship with our body often correlates with our other relationships - interpersonal, with our tribe, within our careers - so what relationship are we building with ourselves if we believe that a workout should be about suffering and servitude? 

What if a training program was simply the vehicle to have a greater movement practice? What if your workouts were the playtime of embodiment, so you would have the skills to explore life through movement? What if you trained to be more inclined towards adventure?
