Now keep in mind, any weighted tool will do! If you are keeping a simplified gym arsenal with only one or two weighted toys, worry not. You can do the same exercises as someone with an entire loaded gym at their disposal. The implement isn't the important part. The movement is, and you can load a movement with whatever ya have.
