Movement 1 - Jumping Bridge Jam. 3 rounds of 5-6 "reps"

Movement 2 - Squatty Gorilla Jam. 3 rounds of 1-3 reps per side.

Movement 3 - Hip Jam Combo. 1-3 rounds, or broken up into parts.
